Early in 2018…

I wrapped up over 15 years in the wellness industry where I worked closely with thousands of people. Working with so many people trying to change their habits it became obvious to me that it’s the thoughts and emotions behind a change or a habit that will make it stick. Not a magic number of days, new exercise gimmick or fad diet. It’s a story for another day, but I had to remove myself from the wellness industry because it’s designed for its users to fail. Which then leads people - specifically women - to feel shameful, like a failure or not good enough. I couldn’t be a part of that.

After that, I became certified through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists to assist you in getting answers and calming the storm inside with hypnosis and regression.

I’ve always had a natural urge to get to the bottom of how I feel and see where I can make improvements. Not that I never want to feel anger, sadness, etc. It's better to explore negative emotions because (bonus!) they can often be the reasons why we improve our lives. Relevant negative emotions were fine with me but ruminating, dreading, over-thinking, stuffing, and the grip these negative emotions had on me needed to go! I’ve tried many things in the name of this:

Meditation, breathing techniques, journaling, brain exercises, reading self-help book after book, psychics, massage, energy work, leaving corporate America, gong baths, sound baths, detox baths (this one actually in a tub), exercise, healthy eating, avoiding animal products, chanting, colonics, talking to my inner child, visualization techniques, circle dancing (it’s a thing!), yoga, being ‘present' during my panic attacks to see what was causing them (did not work for me!), regular old talk therapy… and there’s more I know I’ve forgotten!

Of all these experiences, the things that made the most significant difference for the way I operate and feel and made any future progress the easiest? Hypnosis and regression.

It’s how I…

Quit taking so many things personally. 

Stopped measuring my worth as a human by the number in my bank account. 

Got away from being so concerned about what other people think of me.

Gave up being so uptight and stubborn and added in more play and free time into my life.

Saw patterns from this life and past lives that made my relationship with individual family members more understandable and less infuriating. Ah, family.

Went from irrational and paralyzing fear of ghosts and other things beyond the veil. Now I feel as passionately about them as I do to strangers in a coffee shop. If you need help, I’ll help you but otherwise, “Hey, have a good day!” 

Said goodbye to repeating nightmares that plagued me for over 20 years. And now I can easily decipher other nightmares in the rare case that I have one.

Really, I could go on and on, but those are the big relatable ones.
