It was way back in October that we’d heard about podcast support coming to Google Play Music. Fast forward to now, and it feels like it’s been a much longer wait than it was for family plans to finally arrive.
But that wait could be over very soon. Bill Simmons tweeted to fans that his podcast would be available on the Google Play podcast platform later this month. That’s a much more comforting ETA than the “coming soon” Google was content with dishing out for months.
In the meantime, there are still plenty of great ways to keep up with your favorite podcast shows, including Pocket Casts, the app we named to be the best podcast app for Android. Be sure to give it a go if you need something to use until Google finally issues the goods.
